Great location! The cleanliness is amazing. The pool is cleaned every week and the garden is maintained. Not far from the villa there is a wonderful cafe where you can have breakfast. 15 minutes to the sea, 20 minutes to the main restaurants. The area is closed. I am also pleased with the silence around, no noise from the neighbors.

New villa, uninhabited, quiet and almost a burden. Laugh with family or friends. It is good if you have your own transport because it is a 10-15 minute drive to shops, cafes and the beach. It has everything you need, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, steamer, dryer, dishwasher, and even a barbecue. It has 4 bedrooms for 2 people and its own bathroom. Up to 10 people can be accommodated. We rested from 25.12.25 to 7.01.26. If we are lucky, we will come again.

In 2-3 villas, craftsmen are working and there are few construction materials at the entrance, and a store and a cafe are needed nearby.

We were worried when we booked the villa because there were no reviews at all, but we realized that this was due to the fact that the villa only recently began to be rented out. The villa is really stunning, large pool and we really liked the thoughtful outdoor area with sofas and swings. We love to cook and were pleased to have a barbecue. The village is new, but construction has long been completed, which is very important for Phuket. There are no extraneous sounds, only birdsong, which is pleasant to wake up to. By the way, I almost forgot, there is a restaurant within a 5-minute walk where we had breakfast and dinner.

It's a nice accommodation but be careful, they only want cash and a high deposit and it's difficult to communicate with the owner because he hardly reacted even though we were standing in front of the villa after such a long flight and long drive that was free because he couldn't explain to me why he couldn't show up at the villa even though he wanted it in cash. We stood in front of the villa at night and in the end he said no, look for something else

That we were left standing in the villa and the owner said for no reason, look for something else, all the workers are gone? That was really surprising for us, we flew so far, booked everything, took a taxi there for 1.5 hours, waited over an hour for his answer, so in the end he told me that. It was just the end of the day and we should please cancel it and rent something somewhere else. He won't give us the villa
